In order to empower youth to identify and develop their D.R.E.A.M.S. and own their future, the Hopeworks Web Department organizes itself around the idea of DREAMS: Dynamic Realizable Efforts to Attain and Maintain Success.

The Hopeworks web department is an ever changing environment, where the web staff tackle a variety of challenges. Along with providing training support for newcomers to Hopeworks, the web staff strive to meet the challenges of each website we produce.

Going great lengths to face challenges is what Hopeworks Web is all about. Web staff members are constantly making efforts to solve complex problems, from javascript to site organization.

All web staff members work to maintain not only our high standards for the sites we create, but the standards they have for themselves. Balancing college and work is a challenge all web staff members take head on.
